[Maintenance] Service interruption

Dear Valued Customer,

We are pleased to inform you that our recovery work is progressing well. As promised, a return to full service is very close. At this stage, more than 70% of lines have already been restored and are functioning, as you may have noticed. Work is still ongoing to restore the remaining 30%.
Please note: no new lines or renewals will be processed on the main server until services are fully back to normal.
We strongly recommend always keeping a backup server, whether with us or another provider. Issues like the one we faced can affect any IPTV server, and given the low service cost, it is advisable to maintain one or two backups to avoid interruptions.
Regarding compensation, we will provide details only after services are fully restored and stability is ensured.

wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass unsere Wiederherstellungsarbeiten gut voranschreiten. Wie versprochen, steht die Rückkehr zum vollen Betrieb kurz bevor. Derzeit sind bereits mehr als 70 % der Leitungen wiederhergestellt und funktionieren, wie Sie vielleicht schon bemerkt haben. An den verbleibenden 30 % wird weiterhin gearbeitet.
Bitte beachten Sie: Auf dem Hauptserver werden bis zur vollständigen Normalisierung keine neuen Leitungen eingerichtet oder Verlängerungen durchgeführt.
Wir empfehlen dringend, stets einen Backup-Server bereitzuhalten – entweder bei uns oder bei einem anderen Anbieter. Solche Probleme können bei jedem IPTV-Server auftreten. Angesichts der niedrigen Servicekosten ist es ratsam, ein oder zwei Backups zu haben, um Unterbrechungen zu vermeiden.
Hinsichtlich einer möglichen Entschädigung werden wir erst Informationen bekannt geben, sobald die Dienste vollständig wiederhergestellt und die Stabilität gewährleistet ist.

Due to an electrical problem in our data base we have experienced a service interruption that lasted 30min, a quick fix was implemented to avoid any longer down time and a larger maintenance and upgrade is planned during the next 2x days.

We are aware of the strict restrictions currently imposed by the UK. Don’t worry, everything is under control, and we are working on resolving it. We just need some time to lift all the restrictions.

A new software update has been released for BeIN devices today. Unfortunately, broadcasting from any official device will not be possible during this period until the devices are updated and the protection is bypassed.

[Maintenance] Scheduled maintenance

Dear Valued Customer,

The system has been running smoothly and remains unaffected, performing perfectly without any issues. Only a few clients experienced a temporary problem with logging into the system for a few minutes, and that issue will be resolved to provide clients with faster login speeds.

In the next 12hours, we will perform a system reboot to increase certain limits. This process should take no more than 10 minutes.
